Colours N’ Corks was inspired by my love for painting and being artistic.  I had previously taught painting lessons for the Town of High River.  I found that many students wished the classes could be a little more social, like having a drink or meeting at other’s houses, this was something that was appealing to me.  I was also part of a small crafting group who met yearly around Christmas to make gifts for family and friends.  I thought it would be a great idea to take our crafty ideas into the world, with the support of good friends and family, here we are.  With my husband Chris Bohning by my side and my kids Joshua and Paytyn helping with all the IT problems, we formed the company called Colours N’ Corks.

I believe that everyone has a side to them they would like to express.  Being creative in a social setting while enjoying your favourite beverage always makes it easier.  We provide a safe place to come create, relax, socialize and to enjoy your Paint Night experience. Best of all – you just show up, we provide all supplies and take care of all the clean up.  It is truly an experience that we should all share with loved ones, friends, partners or new found relationships. 

Not everyone is a Picasso, but everyone will leave with some form of accomplishment.
